Career Development
This component is vital to the overall growth and production of employees. SAECS will assist with employee training and development and aid in creating customized training for employee career development programs.
Performance is the key word. Employees will expand on the importance and effectiveness (getting something done), efficiency (using minimum resources), and productivity (which combines effectiveness and efficiency). It is the advanced strategic thinking, participation, training, education and development on all levels that will make a difference.
