Curriculum Development
The Curriculum Development component will be complied into the following areas: (1)Target and analyze course objectives accurately (2) Determine constraints and restrictions affecting course design, Compile a task listing (3) Conduct a task analysis to determine course content (4) Sequence course content (5) Write objectives (6) Design criterion tests and exercises and select instructional methods. Throughout this process the application and principles of adult learning with be utilized to develop strategic initiates that will support curriculum development in designing courses. SAECS will facilitate learning and aid with creating programs that are conducive to organizational change and development.
