The President of Strategic Alliance Employment & Consulting Services (SAECS), LLC Mobley, PhD has over 15 years of professional experience which includes both government and private sector.
Ms Mobley has experience in the areas of Strategic Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Employee Training, Human Resource Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits et al. Ms Mobley has worked for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, commercial industries and the DOD Intelligence Community (IC).
Ms Mobley obtained an Associates Degree in Management Studies for the University of Maryland in Spain, Bachelors in Business Administration and Organizational Development; a MS in Human Resources Develop at Webster University and acquired a PhD in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a minor in Leadership with Walden University.
Ms Mobley is certified in facilitating and administering the Myers-Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI). Ms Mobley is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Ms Mobley is a certified instructor at the University of Phoenix (UOP) and teaches at Southeastern University (SEU) both schools offer a variety of academic programs and goal is to align student learning objectives with learning facilitation, course management, and to ensure that the transfer of learning occurs on a continuum. Ms Mobley can relate to the many challenges that working professionals encounter while pursuing a higher education. Therefore, her goal is to serve as a catalyst designed to enhance learning and foster practicalities in the lives of others.
Ms Mobley’s objective is to maximize workforce capabilities and apply theoretical concepts that are congruent to the needs of all clients and their organization’s.
